DESCRIPTION

This coffee comes from the municipality of San Agustin in the Huila region of southern Colombia. San Agustin is one of the jewels of this region, not only for its ideal micro-climate where the temperature is between 15-24 °C and for its proximity to the Colombian massif, but also for its cultural relevance as a protagonist with its Archaeological Park, a World Heritage Site.

San Agustin is a small town of 30,000 inhabitants, where we find the association La Amistad formed by 35 small coffee growers, which cultivate varieties such as Caturra, Colombia,
Tabi and Typica; most of these crops are ancient, finding
already forgotten varieties such as Typica.

This blend is the ideal example of a sweet and mellow profile, with notes of red fruit and citric acidity.
