DESCRIPTION

This coffee is cultivated at elevations ranging from 1300 to 1650 meters in the West Valley region, specifically on the El Roble farm managed by Eduardo Duran and his sons. The farm employs the Black Honey processing method, where the coffee cherries are depulped, leaving a portion of the mucilage intact. The beans are then dried on raised beds for approximately 21 days, allowing for a slower fermentation and enhancing the development of complex flavors .
