Description
El Salvador may be small but it was once the 4th largest coffee producer. Jose Enrique Gutierrez is a second generation coffee producer who is dedicated to producing high-quality coffees sustainably. These coffee beans were handpicked at peak ripeness, placed in airtight bags and sealed to ferment. After the fermentation is done the cherry is transported the El Carmen mill for the drying process and takes around 30 days for it to dry.
